Cigars and Mojitos Welcome Cuban Assembly President

With Cuban cigars a smokin' and rum-mixed Mojitos flowing—the same drink former prime minister Jean Chrétien once shared with Cuban leader Fidel Castro in Havana—many a Latin American ambassador, MP and senator gathered at the Cuban Embassy on May 5 for the chance to meet Ricardo Alarcon, the influential president of the Cuban National Assembly.
