'Non-Aligned' or 'Aligned Against'?

The Palace of Conventions in Havana was packed. Delegations representing 118 countries and 55 heads of state and government were in attendance. One question was on almost everybody's minds: Would the ailing "Comandante" show up? Much to their disappointment, Cuba's Foreign Minister read a welcome note on his behalf, and interim President Raul –Fidel Castro's younger brother–gave the official opening speech at the 14th Summit of the Non-Aligned Countries Movement (NAM)
