Not too late to change Canada-Honduras trade deal

Honduras saw 32 journalists murdered since 2009. This deal can’t move forward without this sad fact being taken into account.

Honduras has the unfortunate reputation as the world’s most dangerous country outside of a war zone. The murder rate last year was 81 per 100,000 people, according to the US State Department.
