A battle of billboards is being waged over refugees in Hungary, exposing two camps. One, which includes the Hungarian government, is determined to demonize migrants arriving in the country. The other, which includes the United Nations and Hungarian refugee advocates, argues for a compassionate response to the migration crisis affecting the region and, for that matter, the world.
