Canadian filmmaker Paul Cowan is traveling the country on a whirlwind tour, screening his latest documentary, The Peacekeepers, a film so powerful in its behind-the-scenes depiction of United Nations peacekeeping operations that it has already earned a command repeat performance, at the request of none other than UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan.
