It was a scene played out more times than Mutulu Mothoka cares to remember. His crates of freshly plucked produce ready for shipment, Mutulu would tend to his garden plot as the sun rose over the mud-walled homestead where he lives in the remote Kenyan village of Kwa Kyai.
