Zambia Returns to Ottawa After a 10-Year Hiatus

Zambia's officially back in Canada. Newstead Zimba is his country's first high commissioner in Ottawa after the southern African country closed its diplomatic mission here 10 years ago, as in France and Italy, because of austerity measures. Mr. Zimba, who presented his credentials on March 23, says the presence of a new mission in Canada is indicative of the economic turn-around his country is experiencing after years of efforts to get it back on track.
