Captain Arturo Undurraga, the defence, military, air and naval attaché at the Embassy of Chile, joined the navy when he was just 14 years. Capt. Undurraga comes from a family with a long history in the Chilean navy, but the one person who really inspired him to enroll in the maritime forces was his father.
