The Man Who Wrote the Book on Caribbean Protocol

For the last seven years, he's served as secretary to the cabinet in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. But earlier this month, Brendon Browne assumed the duties of high commissioner to Canada, representing countries of the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS). A career public servant, Mr. Browne replaces Lorraine Williams, who left for a new posting as assistant director general at the United Nations Food and Agricultural Organization in Rome this past May.
