Afghanistan Debate Kept German Deputy Busy

Looking back on his four years as deputy head of mission at the German Embassy in Ottawa, Jörn Rohde says the issues that took up most of his time included Afghanistan, the "seal question," matters of the Arctic and the environment, and working toward formal negotiations for an economic partnership between Canada and the European Union.
