A Pressing Reason to Reopen the BMD Debate in Parliament

A reopening of Ballistic Missile Defence by the Stephen Harper government with an open debate in Parliament, as the prime minister has suggested, could be a good thing not only for Canada and the United States but for the rest of the world.
