We Need a Credible, Honest Presence To Go With Preaching

Prime Minister Stephen Harper must be commended for taking the initiative at last week's G8 leaders' summit in Japan and securing a strong condemnation of Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe and his dictatorial regime. It's unfortunate, however, that the prime minister's interest in sub-Saharan Africa doesn't extend farther.
