Last January I participated in a public forum on Afghanistan with my colleagues Graeme Smith of the Globe and Mail and Murray Brewster from the Canadian Press. All three of us have reported extensively from Afghanistan, and the event organizers, the National Press Club and Carleton University's journalism department, felt that our presentations would be of interest to journalism students.
