When the grim news broke on Christmas Eve that yet another Canadian soldier had been killed in Afghanistan, it caused barely a ripple of response across the nation. Most offices had already closed for the holidays, so the passing of Lt. Andrew Nuttall was all but lost on the festive season revellers.
