Foolish of Canada to think itself a Middle East player

While it may be an ugly truth, it is sheer folly to ignore who are actually conducting the fighting against ISIS.

Since the outset of Canada’s commitment to join the allied military campaign against ISIS in Iraq, it has been painfully evident that we are completely ignorant of the complex local political landscape.
