The past innovations mentioned in the article -- radio, film, and TV -- were generally promoted by educational reformers and administrators (Re: "Has eLearning Revolutionized Education?" Feb. 22). The teachers were not largely involved with these "e-reform movements." E-Learning is different because teachers have to a greater degree been involved and in a number of cases it has revolutionized teaching and learning.
