Recently the Canadian International Development Agency received an award from Helen Keller International in recognition of Canada's global leadership in combating vitamin A deficiency in children to prevent blindness and save lives. This vitamin A programming demonstrates that focusing on cost-effective results can lead to positive change for children around the world.
