Intellectual Property Rights in DR a Top Priority: Ambassador

As ambassador of the Dominican Republic and an economist who has participated in the country's official delegation in the WTO Doha Round and in the Summit of the Americas in Quebec City, I can explain the international and bilateral treaties my country has signed on intellectual property rights and also present our legal framework regarding this issue (Re: "Intellectual Property Rights Could be a Stumbling Block to Upcoming Latin American Trade Deals" June 20).
