Macedonia Name Change Policy Should Have Been on the Top 10 List

In your otherwise exhaustive list of worst foreign policy moves (Re: "Best and Worst Foreign Policy Moves," Jan. 23), you should have also included the supposed "recognition" by the Harper government of FYROM as Macedonia (albeit for bilateral relations only) while negotiations are still underway in the UN between that country and Greece on a final solution to the name issue.
