Donald Barry says the Humane Society of the United States-led Canadian seafood boycott has had no effect on fish sales ("How to Save Canada's Endangered Seal Hunt," Aug. 20). He is, of course, just wrong; the boycott, by reducing demand and reducing price, has caused a huge loss to both Canadian fisherman and Atlantic Maritime communities. Consider the facts:
