So un-elected, self-important, jobs-for-life bureaucrats are dictating foreign policy to our elected representatives (RE: "Leaked DFAIT Memo Documents Struggle Between Conservative Political Staff and Foreign Service," July 29). Sounds typically Canadian. They obviously feel their entitlements are threatened. How dare the elected think policy making is their domain.
