Mexico doesn't need friends like Canada

I found that your article (RE: "Mexicans declare 'surprise, anger' at visa application process," April 28) includes facts of why there is surprise and anger in Mexico with the visa issue, but I think that it falls short on describing the whys, and the consequences on ex-Mexican-Canadian friends like myself.
