Mexico cannot unilaterally legalize drugs

Regarding Gwynne Dyer's article (RE: "Mexico: Just say no to drugs," April 13), I would like to clarify that the violence in Mexico is not a result of the current strategy against crime; on the contrary, it is derived from criminals fighting each other for control of distribution routes to the North American market.
