Turks, Armenians need dialogue

Armenian ambassador-designate Armen Yeganian offers schoolmasterly advice about the traits of diplomats: they must be responsible, honest, polite, correct, etc. (RE: "Facing Armenian-Turkish history or denying it?" Aug. 3) The not so subtle intent, however, is more likely a personal attack.
