Gwynne Dyer makes his case ("Iran: Here We Go Again?" Nov. 10 online daily update) against speculating on Iran's willingness, if not capability, to produce nuclear weapons. "Deterrence," he writes, "is the only logical reason that Iran would ever want nuclear weapons, since it would be suicidal for it to attack anybody with them."
