Sneh Duggal, in her Chatter House column, wrote: “The topic of conversation at some recent parties has been switched from the long, cold and dreary winter to Ottawa’s particularly bad traffic problem” and further that “Foreign Minister John Baird, Egyptian Ambassador Wael Aboulmagd and several others also commented on the traffic” (RE: “The cold of winter, the warmth of kindness,” May 21).
