If PAFSO strikes, Canada's frontline migration officers could soon be working-to-rule

The frontline officials abroad trained to track down fraudulent document holders and stop human rights violators, war criminals and terrorists from boarding a plane to Canada wouldnÕt join diplomats in the event of strike, but could be working-to-rule if that happens as early as next week, according to the labour group that represents them.
