Lesotho Returns to Ottawa After 10-Year Hiatus

Ten years after closing its mission in Ottawa, the tiny southern African kingdom of Lesotho has re-established a diplomatic office in Canada. The opening of the mission three weeks ago also marks the first time that Lesotho has had a resident head of mission in Ottawa since 1996.
