Keyes Keeps His Career Door Open

Almost a month shy of what would have been his first anniversary as Canada's Consul General to Boston, Stan Keyes is being replaced. Long considered a destination for political appointees, the Boston office will now be headed by Neil LeBlanc, a former Nova Scotia Tory finance minister. Mr. LeBlanc is a political contemporary of Foreign Affairs Minister Peter MacKay. His appointment, together with those of eight other envoys, was announced last week.
