Drug Access Seriously Flawed

Canadian legislation providing for the manufacture of cheap generic drugs, deemed essential in the fight against HIV/AIDS, is seriously flawed and needs to be re-examined if it is to make any difference in the world's fight against the pandemic, says Médecins Sans Frontières.
