Canadians Living Abroad Poorly Acknowledged

A report says the government isn't doing much for the diaspora of Canadians living and working abroad, with a former consular affairs official calling for more funds for such services.

The government needs adequate resources and up-to-date knowledge to analyze and deal with the implications and potential impact of the growing number of Canadians living and working abroad, a new report from the Asia-Pacific Foundation of Canada says.
