Proposed UN Envoy to Afghanistan a 'Fuzzy' Idea, says Bloc Critic

Speaking at the UN, Canada's foreign minister touched on Afghanistan, Burma, Haiti, Darfur and Iran, but critics say it's a speech the PM should have made.
