Free Trade Talks with Caribbean Face Delay

Canadian officials are frustrated that free trade talks with the Caribbean won't start this week, but envoys say members don't want to rush this important deal.

While the European Commission has successfully completed an Economic Partnership Agreement with the 15-nation Caribbean Community, Canadian negotiators are having trouble getting free trade talks out of the gate.
