Reassess NATO Staff Levels for Impact: Henault

Gen. Ray Henault, who recently left his post as NATO's military chief, says the government should examine whether it has enough military and civilian personnel in the alliance.

Recently departed NATO military chief Gen. Ray Henault believes it's time Canada reassess the number of senior military and civilian personnel it has assigned to work within the alliance to ensure the country is maximizing its presence and using its hard-earned influence.
