Tories Reject Calls for Afghan Super Envoy

Foreign Affairs Minister Lawrence Cannon has rejected calls for Canada to follow the Americans and British in appointing a regional envoy who would oversee all Canadian efforts in Afghanistan and the surrounding region, including Pakistan.
