International Trade Minister Stockwell Day announced on May 7 that Canada will be resurrecting its World Trade Organization challenge over U.S. Country-of-Origin Labelling rules. At the same time, the government is threatening a WTO case over the EU seal ban and recently requested consultations over South Korea's refusal to accept Canadian beef.
