What People of the North Really Need

Remember the wonderful incident where the Inuit dog-team pulled up in front of the great American ship in the Canadian Northwest passage, causing the mighty vessel to come to a dead halt in mid-stream? The people of the North need to be the focus of the sovereignty goals in the Arctic.
