Now that America has set reduction targets, experts say it's time for Canada to come out with its own detailed strategy.

For years Canadians have been waiting for the Harper government to lay out its strategy for tackling climate change. As controversial as they are, its targets have been well-known. But without any details on how they will be achieved, industry, environmental groups and the public at large have been stuck in limbo without any clear direction.
