Firms report big risks to get onboard F-35 program

Firms say major ministerial public relations campaign as much about investor as public confidence.

Throughout the latter of part of 2010, the Harper government deployed ministers across the country for appearances at factories and assembly plants to promote those companies' participation in the competitive F-35 global supply chain.
