Sri Lankan government minister is worried Canada was swayed 'by the powers that want regime change' on Commonwealth boycott.

A Sri Lankan government minister says Canada should have used more "caution and subtlety" in suggesting that it could boycott the next Commonwealth summit to be hosted in Sri Lanka. He says he's worried Canadian politicians are falling prey to "propaganda."
