Harper passes on green-lighting Israeli strike

Prime Minister Stephen Harper's unique response when asked whether Canada would support an Israeli strike on Iran's nuclear facilities suggests he was looking to satisfy not only the man at the podium next to him, but also another south of the border, say observers.
