Foreign service staff denied promotions, shuffled into unwanted positions: Union

But positions have been found for all pooled employees affected by cutbacks.

Canada’s foreign service employees are being denied promotions, and boxed into jobs that are below their expertise or don’t align with their skills or interests, says the union representing them.
