Ottawa monument to fallen diplomats to be unveiled Sept. 20, says Turkey

Monument had been source of speculation in diplomatic circles.

The Canadian and Turkish foreign ministers are expected to unveil an Ottawa monument on Thursday built to honour fallen diplomats, including a Turkish envoy killed in Ottawa 30 years ago, Embassy has learned.
