Canada needs 'zero tolerance' for sexual violence: Red Cross official

UN committee finds Canada committed 'grave violation of rights' under international convention; Canada disagrees.

As Canada continues to struggle with the devastation of its thousands of missing and murdered aboriginal women, a high-ranking official in the International Committee of the Red Cross is cautioning that Canada hasn’t yet succeeded at promoting an environment of “zero tolerance” for sexual violence.
