Conservative Party politicians are stating publicly that “Vietnamese-Canadians” will be involved in the controversial National Memorial to the Victims of Communism, a position that could chill relations with the Southeast Asian country after legislation highlighting the Vietnam War ignited a nasty dispute within the diaspora.
