Wording of government’s own emissions reduction target narrowed

Public Works says despite the exclusion of leased space, it insists on industry greening standards.

The Harper government changed the wording of its internal greenhouse gas emissions reduction target in 2013 to make clear that a significant portion of one department’s portfolio, leased facilities, were being excluded.
