Those new foreign trade zones? They're more like teams

New zones in Calgary, Edmonton, Regina and Halifax about 'marketing,' not geography, say analysts.

The federal government’s announcement of four new “foreign trade zones” since the beginning of June appears to be a mix of policy and marketing, say a pair of analysts familiar with the subject.
