Conservative Leader Stephen Harper has repeatedly emphasized the need to screen refugees for terrorist linkages, but experts say there's a robust screening system already in place—and by continuing to publicly link refugees with security concerns he is promoting bigotry and fostering ugly, racist stereotypes about Muslims.
