Vice-Admiral Mark Norman sat down with Embassy for an interview March 8 at his office in Ottawa. He has been chief of the naval staff and commander of the Royal Canadian Navy since June 2013. The Canadian Armed Forces announced he would be taking over as vice chief of defence staff in 2016.
