Ambrose Lacks Leadership, Credibility

Speaking the other day about the Kyoto Protocol, Environment Minister Rona Ambrose made a revealing statement. She noted that "Canada makes up 2 per cent of global emissions." The best contribution Canada could make to the global challenge, therefore, would be to develop clean technologies to be used by "those countries that actually are the largest contributors to greenhouse gas emissions: that is the United States, China and India."
